Michele Miglionico, ospite presso l’Ambasciata d’Italia a Belgrado

Nei saloni della residenza dell’Ambasciata d’Italia a Belgrado lo stilista Michele Miglionico ospite con la sua Alta Moda per celebrare i 140 anni dell’instaurazione delle relazioni diplomatiche tra l’Italia e la Serbia. 

L’Ambasciatore Italiano S.E. Carlo Lo Cascio e la consorte Alessandra hanno ospitato  nella splendida residenza dell’Ambasciata d’Italia a Belgrado  lo stilista Michele Miglionico  che ha presentato per la prima volta in Serbia la sua collezione di Alta Moda “Madonne Lucane”.

L’evento è stato organizzato dall‘Ambasciata d’Italia a Belgrado in collaborazione con l’Istituto Italiano di Cultura, l’Ufficio ICE e l’Agenzia Fabrika, per celebrare i 140 anni dell’instaurazione delle relazioni diplomatiche tra l’Italia e la Serbia, nonché 10 anni dell’istituzione di un partenariato strategico tra Roma e Belgrado.

Nelle sale della residenza ospiti selezionatissimi del mondo serbo dell’imprenditoria, del giornalismo, dello spettacolo insieme ad alcuni membri della diplomazia estera  hanno potuto apprezzare ventisei creazioni dello stilista Michele Miglionico della collezione di Alta Moda “Madonne Lucane” ispirate alle figure femminili della tradizione lucana e alle Madonne venerate e portate in processione in questa terra e alla sua cultura popolare. 

Le modelle durante la sfilata hanno evidenziato con il movimento degli abiti la lavorazione preziosa di pizzi, ricami e tessuti pregiati che contraddistinguono il lavoro di recupero da parte dello stilista dell’artigianato e delle figure professionali che ancora oggi sono presenti sul  territorio lucano. 

La serata è proseguita con un cocktail dinatoire dove i selezionatissimi ospiti hanno potuto degustare i piatti tipici della cucina italiana abbinati a vini e passiti italiani.

Presenti all’evento l’Ambasciatore americano in Serbia S.E. Kyle Scott e consorte oltre agli Ambasciatori del Brasile, Egitto, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croazia, Repubblica Ceca, Albania, Svezia, Corea, Grecia, Ucraina, UN, OSCE. 

Sono intervenuti, inoltre, Radmila Hrustanovic ex Sindaco della città di Belgrado e Ambasciatrice della Repubblica Serba in Slovacchia Jadranka Jovanovic cantante lirica, primadonna dell’Opera nel Teatro Nazionale di Belgrado e deputata del Parlamento Serbo, Maja Piscevic scrittrice,  Suzana Mancic, attrice, cantante e conduttrice televisiva serba, Vjera Mujovic attrice serba e Vesna Mandic direttrice dell’agenzia di moda Fabrika.

In tale occasione  Mrs Alessandra Lo Cascio consorte dell’Ambasciatore italiano e Mrs Vesna Mandic responsabile Agenzia Fabrika hanno scelto di indossare un abito di Alta Moda Michele Miglionico

Extraordinary Summer Season is taking off at Porto Montenegro

The five-star Regent hotel and Porto Montenegro, the leading luxury yacht homeport and marina village, have curated a series of exciting summer events and activities for the 2019 season, covering all from music and food, to fashion and sporting events, all hosted in the heart of the Boka Bay at the glittering superyacht marina village Porto Montenegro.

For those in searchof a summer jam-packed with exciting new experiences in beautiful surroundings, the Regent and Porto Montenegro have it covered. Car fanatics, music lovers and wine connoisseurs alike can join together for an events extravaganza as well as a spot of out-of-the-ordinary and free-spirited sporting at Porto Montenegro’s inaugural polo tournament, Polo in the Port.

SPORT Pagani, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porche, Aston Martin, Jaguar, AMG Mercedes, Rolls Royce –just some of the awe-inspiring cars appearing at this year’s Gumball 3000 which will take place on 10th June. In a spectacle like no other, some of the world’s largest supercar brands will park up in the marina village to enjoy a series of spectacular entertainment.

One of the most glamorous sporting events of the season, Polo in the Port, will take place between 2nd –4th August, bringing together polo ponies, mallets and a group of affluent teammates for the village’s inaugural polo sporting event. Spectators and visitors are welcome to enjoy the show from the side-lines of the spacious new Arena.

MUSIC The most celebrated names on the American jazz music scene come together for the Made in New York Jazz Festival in Porto Montenegro on 14th June. Guests can sit back and enjoy the jazz and soulrepertoire, with classic and novel compositions and the ever-anticipated instrumental and vocal jazz acrobatics. An event not to be missed!

FOOD & WINE SuperWine 7.0makes it comeback for a seventh year in a row on 29th June, combining the best European wineries for a night of wine tasting by the Porto Montenegro Yacht Club Pool.

To celebrate the summer season, the Regent will also be hosting a series of events and dinners for hotel guests, including a dinner with Michelin star chef Juan Amadorat the end of August, the unmissable Captain’s Dinner, Candlelit Dinnerand Full Moon Gala Dinner in the hotel’s Italian Garden, and lastly, the Truffle Dinner, to conclude the season.

FASHION Following the success of last year’s debut, the International Fashion Festival returns to Porto Montenegro from 19th –20th July, to host some of the world’s most renowned designers. Last year, visitors saw creations from Sheika Hend Faisal Al Qassemi, LaQuan Smith, Antonio Grimaldi and Renato Balestra, with this year’s names to be announced exclusively ahead of the show.

Porto Montenegro is at the epicentre of this year’s summer coastal events, with an event for everyone to enjoy. Existing residents and new visitors alike can also enjoy the Porto Montenegro Yacht Club Beach bar, pool and open-air cinema, Naval Heritage Collection and adjacent Submarine museum.

REGATTAS The RC44 regatta in April 2019 confirmed the premium status of Porto Montenegro as the new European sailing center with great infrastructure and wind conditions. Two classic events will come back in summer. It is the Arsenal Cup, the largest regatta of the year, where the fleet goes through the Verige Channel and around Our Lady of the RocksIslandbeforefinishing in themarina, and the 1000 Islands Race that is co-organised by the Sailing Club of Rijeka (SCOR) and Porto Montenegro Yacht Club (PMYC). This offshore regatta begins and ends in the Croatian city of Rijeka, with Tivat as the half-way point -acourse of around 300 miles.
